Parts Specialist - CSR (Bi-lingual Spanish)

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Bilingual Parts Specialist - CSR
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Hourly Rate:$18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information about products and services.
• Source and acquire part numbers to process customer orders (using manuals and catalogs).
• Assist customers in identifying needs and finalize orders based on payment terms.
• Execute direct-ship orders via the purchase order system and workflow process.
• Track and follow up on shipments, providing customers with updates.
• Resolve inquiries and challenges with excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work environment and ensure the proper operation of department tools and equipment.
• Analyze orders and communicate any challenges to avoid errors and ensure effective time management.
• Fill customer orders from local inventory, ensuring accuracy in packing and shipment.

Education, Skills & Experience:

• Required: High School Diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Parts experience and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to read and write in English, perform basic math, and navigate manuals
• Must be able to understand complex instructions, both written and oral
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain quality focus and integrity when handling confidential data
• Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve challenges
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow standardized practices

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including both office and warehouse settings
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
