About the Role
As a Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and inspecting wooden pallets in a dynamic setting. You will operate power tools, measure and cut lumber, ensure quality standards, and support overall warehouse operations to meet daily production goals.

Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

Available Shift Times
Multiple shifts available to accommodate your schedule. (Specific shift times can be provided upon request.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair wooden pallets according to specifications
• Operate pneumatic nail guns and hand tools safely
• Inspect pallets for quality, durability, and safety compliance
• Measure, cut, and sort lumber and pallet materials
• Support warehouse operations through material handling and general labor duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
• Meet daily production targets with attention to craftsmanship

Key Requirements

• Experience with pallet assembly and repair preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and pneumatic nail guns
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
• Work well in a team and fast-paced environment
