About the Role
As a Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and inspecting wooden pallets in a dynamic setting. You will operate power tools, measure and cut lumber, ensure quality standards, and support overall warehouse operations to meet daily production goals.
Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
Available Shift Times
Multiple shifts available to accommodate your schedule. (Specific shift times can be provided upon request.)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair wooden pallets according to specifications
- Operate pneumatic nail guns and hand tools safely
- Inspect pallets for quality, durability, and safety compliance
- Measure, cut, and sort lumber and pallet materials
- Support warehouse operations through material handling and general labor duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Meet daily production targets with attention to craftsmanship
Key Requirements
- Experience with pallet assembly and repair preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools and pneumatic nail guns
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Work well in a team and fast-paced environment
