Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate industrial sewing equipment, assist with fabric cutting, and perform both machine and hand-sewing tasks to ensure precise finishing of garments and textile products.
Responsibilities

Operate standard industrial sewing machines to assemble, alter, or repair garments and fabric materials.

Measure, mark, and cut fabric according to specifications.

Perform hand-sewing, hemming, and finishing work as needed.

Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring machines and tools are well maintained.

Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications

Previous experience operating industrial or commercial sewing machines required.

Basic knowledge of fabric types, measurements, and garment construction.

Ability to read and follow instructions, patterns, or templates.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
