Pay Rate: $20/hr
Leadership & Supervision
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training store staff, including cashiers and team leads
- Oversee daily workflow and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Support performance management, including evaluations and coaching
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and documentation of policy violations
- Support payroll processes using ADP
Operations & Sales
- Support execution of sales plans and achievement of performance metrics
- Promote strong customer service and product knowledge among staff
- Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and visual presentation standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory counts and transactions
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and readiness for customers
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain accurate daily records (sales, deposits, damages, scheduling, etc.)
- Assist with POS systems, reporting, and weekly financial documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Report concerns to District Managers as needed
Store & Safety Management
- Ensure store security during opening and closing procedures
- Monitor operational standards, including merchandising rotation and cleanliness
- Manage operational tasks such as runner productivity and accuracy
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of related retail or leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the sales floor and stock areas regularly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Performance-driven with expectations to meet store goals and targets
- Requires the ability to remain positive and lead effectively under pressure
- Climate-controlled retail setting
- May require travel to other store locations within the DFW area (mileage reimbursed when applicable)
