Our client is now hiring Warehouse Leads at a pay rate of up to $25/hour in a fast paced environment at a company that is an industry leader in Bulk Solids Handling. 

These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 90 days!

About the Role:

The Warehouse Lead provides leadership on the warehouse floor and supports training of new associates. This position requires CNC milling experience and the ability to step in on machine operations as needed. The Warehouse Lead will oversee rework, pallet stability, and warehouse processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Acting as a resource for both general labor associates and machinists, the Warehouse Lead ensures all work is completed to client standards.

Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)

Available Shift Times:

  • Standard warehouse hours with flexibility to cover both warehouse and machine work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations while ensuring safety and efficiency

  • Operate CNC milling machines when required

  • Oversee rework, pallet stability, and production workflow

  • Support and train new associates, fostering a safety-first mindset

  • Act as a point of contact for associates and machinists on the floor

Key Requirements:

  • CNC milling experience required

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse/manufacturing required

  • Strong background in warehouse operations, safety, and production procedures

  • Ability to train, coach, and support team members

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Must pass drug screen and background check (no violent/assault-related offenses)

  • Ability to comply with attendance points system (termination at 16 points)

Additional Information:

  • Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility; hot in summer, cold in winter. Busy warehouse floor with active machinery and heavy equipment.

  • PPE & Dress Code: Pants required (no shorts). Steel-toed or composite boots required (associate provides). Safety vest/gear required; uniforms provided after full-time conversion.

  • Orientation completed on first day.
