We’re looking for Equipment Operators

About the Role:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks and other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse or distribution environment. This role requires strict adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and quality guidelines to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials.
Pay:
Up to $24.25/hr
Multiple Shifts Available:

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, reach trucks, or other industrial equipment as needed.

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using assigned equipment.

Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use.

Ensure product accuracy and quality during material movement.

Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.
-
Report any damage or operational issues with equipment to management immediately.

Assist with inventory cycle counts and quality inspections as needed.

Adhere to safety and compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA, site-specific rules).
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).

1 Year Minimum of Equipment operator experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Availability to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for long periods.

Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment safely.
