Warehouse Equipment Operators

We’re looking for  Equipment Operators  to work at our client in  San Bernardino, CA!  Earn up to $24.25/hr.  in a fast paced, fun environment, with one of the world's leading supply chain and logistics companies.  

Must provide an updated resume for consideration showcasing 1 year minimum Equipment operator  experience.

About the Role:
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks and other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse or distribution environment. This role requires strict adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and quality guidelines to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials.

Pay:  Up to $24.25/hr

Multiple Shifts Available:

• Days
• Swings

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, reach trucks, or other industrial equipment as needed.

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using assigned equipment.

• Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use.

• Ensure product accuracy and quality during material movement.

• Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Report any damage or operational issues with equipment to management immediately.

• Assist with inventory cycle counts and quality inspections as needed.

• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA, site-specific rules).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).

• 1 Year Minimum of Equipment operator experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Availability to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for long periods.

• Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment safely.

• Equipment Care: Performs pre- and post-shift inspections diligently and reports any mechanical issues promptly.

• Regulatory Compliance: Follows OSHA regulations and site-specific guidelines without exception.
