Position Details:

• Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Location: Climate-controlled facility
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload shipments safely, ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Count and verify inventory against purchase orders for accuracy
• Store products correctly to facilitate efficient online order fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely delivery
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts and high reaches in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours and lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• Flexible with schedules, including weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime
• Comfortable with frequent use of computers and smart devices
• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments is preferred
• Certification and hands-on experience operating PITs such as forklifts and order pickers are a plus
