Warehouse Associate

Now hiring Warehouse Associates in Sanford, FL for an on-site, full-time warehouse role paying $15.00/hour . This is a hands-on opportunity on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) where you’ll stay active moving product, supporting loading/unloading, and helping keep the building clean, safe, and organized.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support daily warehouse operations by moving materials between lanes, assisting with inbound/outbound freight, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role is ideal for someone dependable who’s comfortable with physical, fast-paced work.

Pay Rate:

• $15.00 per hour

Available Shift Times

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Move appliances and other materials between warehouse lanes using dollies and other material-handling equipment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inbound/outbound freight
• Pick, organize, and move palletized materials throughout the warehouse
• Use manual or electric pallet jacks as needed
• Support recycling, trash removal, and general cleanup
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Experience with a pallet jack preferred
• Dependable and punctual; able to work in a physical, hands-on environment
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties
• Strong attention to safety and detail
