Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our client’s team in Hutchins, TX. This temp-to-hire opportunity pays $19.00/hour  for multiple shifts with required overtime. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading packages up to 75 pounds, ensuring products are accurately received, packaged, and shipped. About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting your team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with others, and is comfortable with physical, hands-on work.

Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour

Available Shifts:
Must be willing and able to work required overtime

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday – Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday – Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and ship all customer orders
• Receive, count, and inventory incoming products
• Reallocate inventory to ensure proper distribution in correct locations
• Perform monthly inventory counts for accuracy
• Load and unload truck trailers
• Lift up to 60 lbs regularly and perform team lifts for items 70 lbs or more
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment

Key Requirements:

• Experience operating Reach Trucks or Electric Pallet Jacks preferred (not required)
• Must meet background and drug test requirements
• Ability to work efficiently with attention to accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a team
