Now hiring Warehouse Associates and Order Pickers in Lancaster County. Join us for our hiring event at Qualfon, 791 Stony Battery Landisville, PA 17538. Multiple shifts available, earning up to $17/hour.
These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work!
Event Details:
Qualfon, 791 Stony Battery Landisville, PA 17538.October 20th from 10am to 3pm
Pay:$16.00 – $17.00/hr.
- Opportunities for advancement and pay increases during temp assignments
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri (Overtime as needed)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri (Overtime as needed, +$0.50/hr differential)
- Weekend Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sat & Sun; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon & Tue

About the Role
Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a Specialist Fulfillment I (Picker/Packer & Assembly). In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are met. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, grow your skills, and advance within a leading organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products using pick lists or scanners
- Assemble and package materials to specification (focus in paper marketing division)
- Load/unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and documentation
- Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, and storage
- Inspect products for quality and safety standards
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse or material handling experience a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift/move 15–20 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Moderate lifting and physical activity
- Varying temperature environments
