About the Role
This is a Direct Hire role with our client in Fairless Hills, PA. If you have a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency, we’d love to talk with you. We’re seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, receiving, organization, and general facility upkeep.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders and prepare shipments
- Sort and organize product on racks, shelves, and bins
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming inventory
- Open bales, crates, and other containers as needed
- Accurately count inventory and help maintain inventory records
- Prepare parcels for mailing/shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (sweep, dust, mop, organize workstations)
- Suggest improvements to warehouse processes and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders/stairs to stock shelves
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching
- Lift/move inventory up to 40 lbs
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise)
- Vision abilities: close/distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Pallet jack experience
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and basic math skills
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Inventory control, data entry, and basic computer skills preferred
- Able to work well with all levels of staff/management
- Reliable transportation
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
