Warehouse Associate - Cold Facility

We’re looking for a  Warehouse Associate to work with our client in Belcamp, MD !  Earn up to $18/hr. Our client is the first company in the nation to export to U.S. chain restaurant licensees in over 40 countries. Thousands of food products from over 350 U.S. food companies are distributed to more than 100 international customers.  Their signature product line is U.S. halal-certified foods.

• 1 ^st   shift Monday- Friday –7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime as needed
• 2 ^nd  shift Monday- Friday –3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with overtime as needed         

• Load and unload shipments manually
• Pack, sort, and organize products for distribution
• Assist with receiving and staging incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations

• Ability to work in cold and freezer environments for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks(standing, bending, lifting)
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Cold storage facility (approximately 30°F)
• Proper gear and safety protocols will be in place
• Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting

• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Ability to meet productivity expectations with minimal supervision
• Comfort and adaptability in a cold work environment
• Strong contribution to team performance and operational flow
