As a Selling Branch Manager at Integrity Staffing Solutions, you’ll be the face of our brand and the driving force behind our business development in the Reno market.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead with sales—not operations—owning the client relationship from the first handshake to long-term success.
This isn’t your typical desk job; your office will be wherever your prospects are.
• Build New Business: Secure high-value meetings with decision-makers who hire, develop customized staffing strategies, and close new accounts weekly.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position tailored workforce solutions that drive their success.
• Drive Growth: Hit and exceed monthly new account targets and revenue goals.
• Be the Brand: Act as the Integrity market ambassador through local networking, lead generation, and participation in community and industry events.
• Foster Loyalty: Convert new accounts into long-term partnerships by building trust and delivering results.

- Nurture Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, conducting regular business reviews, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that drives client retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve high client retention rates and drive year-over-year account growth through continuous engagement and consultative support.
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and coach a high-performing staffing team to deliver on client needs, exceed service expectations, and support branch growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a service or staffing background.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and growing client portfolios.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team within a sales-driven or staffing environment
- ???? Strong consultative selling, presentation, prospecting, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value relevant experience over formal education.
