Job Summary
This position is based onsite at a client’s high-volume warehouse operation and plays a critical role in supporting seasonal workforce needs. The Seasonal Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for leading the onsite staffing team, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This individual will build strong relationships with hourly associates and client leaders while ensuring staffing processes, service expectations, and operational deliverables are completed accurately and consistently.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead and manage the onsite staffing team, ensuring workloads are appropriately distributed and all service commitments are completed.

Support high-volume seasonal hiring, onboarding, workforce ramp-ups, shift coverage, and associate retention.

Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and build positive relationships with hourly associates and client leadership.

Serve as a primary point of contact for associate questions, workplace concerns, attendance issues, performance matters, and employee relations needs.

Address associate concerns promptly, professionally, and consistently while escalating sensitive matters when appropriate.

Train, assess, and develop onsite staff through coaching, feedback, recognition, and positive motivation.

Partner with client leaders to identify staffing priorities, operational challenges, and opportunities to improve service.

Monitor attendance, turnover, fill rates, productivity, retention, and other key performance indicators.

Run reports, analyze workforce data, and prepare summaries and action plans for client meetings.

Communicate trends, contributing factors, risks, and recommended solutions to Integrity Staffing and client leadership.

Conduct daily check-ins and participate in weekly client meetings to review performance, concerns, and upcoming workforce needs.

Ensure staffing activities comply with company policies, client requirements, safety expectations, and applicable employment practices.

Adjust priorities, staffing plans, and personal work schedule to meet changing seasonal business demands.
Basic Requirements

At least three years experience in a warehouse leadership role

Experience supporting large hourly workforces in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similarly fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism, urgency, consistency, and discretion.

Strong client service and relationship-management skills.

Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based workforce or reporting systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into practical solutions.

Ability to remain calm, responsive, and solutions-focused in a high-volume, fluid environment.

Flexibility to work varied hours and maintain an onsite presence during changing business needs, including peak periods and multiple shifts when required.
