Pay: $18.00/hour
Shifts: Day and Night-12 hour shifts. Special Projects and Day Labor
Job Description: They will be standing for the majority of their shift except breaks. They will be reaching and using their hands to repot new plants. They must handle plants with care. They will be working in a clean environment that will require them to change into additional PPE (personal protective equipment) including shoes and wear a clean suit, gloves, hairnets or hoods, and a mask for the majority of the shift. They may become wet if and it may be a bit warm wearing the PPE. They may also be required to operate and or stand on a platform lift that raises up to 20ft and place plants into our rack system.
Requirements: This position requires all workers to come in clean, wear clean clothes including socks, and no accessories, jewelry, or hats. They cannot work smelling of weed or they will be immediately turned away. We are a drug free work place and have a zero tolerance policy. Workers will enter our Farm Entrance. They will have to remove their shoes to enter our changing area. They will change into scrubs and farm shoes. They store their personal clothing in a locker at the start of their shift and they must remove all belongings at the end of their shift. They may bring a bagged lunch to store in the fridges in our break room. Benefits & Perks:

- Repotting plants, they will be standing all day and will need to handle plants with care. They will have to change into scrubs initially, change into the shoes that are provided, change into a farm suit, and water will be involved in the process.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines
- Must be able to follow outlined processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
