About the Role
As a Plastic Injection Operator, you will be essential in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be operating and maintaining injection molding machines, inspecting and managing tooling, and working with robotics and automated equipment. Your role will contribute to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Available Shift Times
Monday to Friday, 06:30 AM – 3:00 PM (1st shift)
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain injection molding machines, ensuring peak efficiency and quality.
Clean, inspect, lubricate, and maintain mold tooling.
Accurately count, box, package, and weigh finished products, recording production data precisely.
Utilize SAP business systems and real-time production monitoring tools.
Work with robotics and automated equipment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
Ability to operate lift equipment up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring instruments.
Good communication skills and the ability to learn SPC and blueprints.
High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience or training.
Ability to work in elevated areas and perform job functions safely and efficiently.
