Pay Rate: $24/hr. 


Are you accurate, detail-driven, and bilingual in Spanish? Do you thrive in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. This is not a desk-only job—you’ll be on your feet, working directly with associates and making a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct meal and break audits for compliance with CA labor laws
  • Walk the warehouse floor daily and interact directly with associates
  • Work on-site in a non-office, warehouse environment (10,000+ steps/day)
  • Communicate with staff, clients, and internal teams
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies using data from various systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Enter and update employee information and direct deposits
  • Perform daily and weekly payroll quality control checks and audits
  • Ensure payroll documentation aligns with California compliance standards
  • Escalate immediate pays for California as needed
  • Coordinate training for associates to ensure compliance
  • Verify all required documentation is complete to comply with Integrity (as well as CA laws)
 
Required for consideration: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Comfortable working in an open warehouse setting (not an office role)
  • Familiarity with California labor laws (highly preferred)
  • Staffing industry experience (a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros)
  • Able to multitask across multiple systems in a Windows environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 49 pounds
  • Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
