About the Role
Our client is seeking reliable and safety-focused Packer Associates to join our team. In this role, you will support daily food production operations in a cold, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Pay Rate:$16.00/hour

Available Shift Times
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Day 1 Training: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (followed by hands-on training on the production floor)

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and assist with food production line activities, including packaging, labeling, and quality checks.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with GMP and company safety policies.
  • Follow all hygiene, PPE, and food safety requirements as outlined by FSQA procedures.
  • Report any equipment issues, product contamination, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.
  • Handle materials safely and maintain accurate labeling and documentation when required.
  • Participate actively in all required safety and compliance training.

Key Requirements
  • Ability to work in a cold environment; temperatures may vary.
  • Steel-toe safety shoes are required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must follow all company GMP, hygiene, and PPE policies at all times.
  • No jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails permitted in production areas.
