Our client is now hiring Machine Operators at a pay rate of up to $22/hour in a fast paced environment at a company that is an industry leader in Bulk Solids Handling.
These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 90 days!

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC/Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both CNC and manual lathes and mills, a strong understanding of machining tools and techniques, and the ability to interpret technical blueprints. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour (DOE)

Client will discuss shift options available
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, operate, and maintain both CNC and manual lathes and mills.
- Apply knowledge of machining tools (drills, inserts, etc.) as well as feeds and speeds to maximize efficiency and tool life.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Machine parts to dimensions and tolerances as specified on blueprints.
- Detect and report defective material or questionable conditions to supervision.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Follow and enforce all safety regulations and company procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Ability to safely operate and use an overhead crane.
- Familiarity with computers and Windows-based programs is a plus.
- Must follow and enforce strict safety regulations, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, mask, steel toe shoes).
- Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
