About the Role
As an IT Support Tech, you will provide hands-on technical assistance within a distribution center, supporting devices like tablets, laptops, scanners, printers, and network connectivity. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting warehouse technology, and ensuring smooth operation of critical business systems.

Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour

Available Shift Times:
Flexible shift options available, including day, evening, or weekend shifts (specific shift details to be discussed during hiring).

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot tablets, handheld devices, and computers
  • Support warehouse equipment such as Zebra printers, RF scanners, and label printers
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network connectivity issues
  • Provide basic support for office computer systems and peripherals
  • Respond to operational technology issues promptly to minimize downtime
  • Document issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Assist with device inventory, deployment, and replacement processes
  • Support associates and supervisors with equipment-related issues impacting daily operations


Key Requirements

  • Prior IT support, help desk, or technical support experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse technology including Zebra printers and RF scanners
  • Understanding of Wi-Fi, networking, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance
  • Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; scissor lift experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting operational teams and production-based technology preferred
