Our client provides revolutionary products to the entire United States. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill an exciting role as a Industrial Cleaning Technician  in  Nanticoke, PA  earning between $15-$20!   These roles are scheduled all 1st shift! Shifts available are Sun-Wed 7am-6pm, Wed-Sat 7am, M-F 8AM-5PM

  • Sun-Wed 7am-6pm 
  • Wed-Sat 7am-6pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Office Cleaning: Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and other administrative spaces
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors
  • Clean desks, counters, toilets, sinks, appliances, and fixtures
  • Refill consumables (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
  • Performing deep cleaning (e.g., shampooing carpet, cleaning baseboards, dusting vents, etc.)
  • Industrial Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors
  • Remove debris such as shrink wrap, labels, cardboard, and broken pallets
  • Empty trash and recycling containers
  • Stage and load broken pallets onto pallet trailers
  • Clean around racking, dock doors, PIT parking areas, and pedestrian walkways
  • Identify and escalate spill hazards, leaks, or unsafe conditions immediately
  • System & Technical Expertise: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists in the CMMS
  • Upload required photos and notes for complete tasks
  • Report deficiencies, equipment issues, or safety concerns via CMMS or site leadership
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all site safety policies and OSHA requirements
  • Wear required PPE at all times (e.g., high-visibility vests, steel-toe footwear, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection)
  • Operate PIT and cleaning equipment safety and only if certified / authorized
  • Maintain clear aisles, egress paths, and fire safety zone
  • High-Level Standard Operating Procedures
    Standard operating procedures will vary based on the needs of the business. However, below are a few tasks that will be performed on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.

    Daily Housekeeping Tasks
    Operational Areas
  • Sweep or scrub warehouse floors in designated zones
  • Pick up visible debris (shrink wrap, labels, plastic, wood, etc.)
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Clean spill-prone areas (dock doors, PIT charging areas, breakroom entrances)
  • Inspect walkways, safety lines, and exits for obstructions
  • Office & Common Areas
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, appliances)
  • Spot clean floors and empty trash
  • Restock consumables as needed
  • Documentation
  • Complete daily CMMS checklist and upload required photos
  • Weekly Housekeeping Tasks
    Operational Areas
  • Full floor scrub of assigned warehouse zones
  • Remove debris from under racking where accessible and safe
  • Consolidate and remove broken pallets
  • Clean PIT parking and charging areas
  • Office & Common Areas
  • Detailed cleaning of offices and conference rooms
  • Vacuum carpets and mop all hard floors
  • Clean glass, windows, and breakroom appliances
  • Documentation
  • Complete weekly CMMS checklist
  • Log any maintenance or safety issues identified
  • Monthly Housekeeping Tasks
    Operational Areas
  • Deep clean low-traffic and hard-to-reach areas
  • Clean dock plates, bumpers, and door tracks
  • Review pallet accumulation and housekeeping flow efficiency
  • Office & Common Areas
  • Deep clean restrooms and breakrooms (grout, baseboards, vents)
  • Carpet extraction or detailed floor maintenance as scheduled
  • Program Review
  • Review housekeeping performance metrics (checklist completion, audit scores)
  • Identify improvement opportunities and adjust task allocation if needed


Key Behaviors:

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial, warehouse, or commercial cleaning
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Experience operating or willingness to be trained on PIT (forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers)
  • Comfortable working in active warehouse environments
  • Basic familiarity with mobile systems or CMMS platforms
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of industrial or commercial cleaning experience
  • Prior experience in large-scale distribution or fulfillment centers
  • PIT certification or prior forklift experience
  • Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition skills
