HRIS Systems Analyst
Drive enterprise-grade HR transformation through full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
This role blends deep functional configuration expertise with forward-thinking automation strategy—owning everything from requirements discovery and system architecture to deployment, optimization, and AI-enabled process innovation.
Compensation:$100,000 base salary
Work Location: This is a fully in-person position based in Greenwich, RI. Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.

What You’ll Own
- End-to-End Implementations: Lead complete SuccessFactors project cycles (requirements → design → configuration → testing → go-live → hypercare), ensuring scalable, audit-ready solutions.
- Advanced System Configuration: Manage multi-module environments with strong governance around data integrity, advanced Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and reporting architecture.
- Solution Architecture & Integration: Translate complex HR business requirements into technical specifications; partner with integration teams on data models and cross-system connectivity.
- HR Automation & AI Enablement: Identify and implement intelligent automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, increase scalability, and future-proof HR operations.
- Global Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate workshops across time zones, lead UAT cycles, produce structured system/process documentation, and guide executive-level stakeholders.
- Continuous Optimization: Proactively assess quarterly releases, evaluate impact, and align enhancements with a forward-looking HR technology roadmap.
What we need to consider you:
- 5+ years in HRIS with hands-on SuccessFactors configuration across multiple modules.
- Proven full implementation cycle experience backed by relevant SAP certifications.
- Deep expertise in RBP, data management, testing methodologies, and reporting tools (Stories, Canvas, Ad Hoc).
- Strong exposure to integration technologies (Integration Center, CPI/SAP Integration Suite, Boomi).
- Experience in global, matrixed environments; additional language capability (Italian preferred) is a plus.
- Passion for emerging HR technologies—especially AI, automation, and intelligent process design.
- Must be local to Rhode Island for daily commute to office
- Italian language a HUGE plus
