About the Role:
This role plays a key part in executing fulfillment and logistics operations that support corporate gifting and event-based programs. You will work in a small, high-performing team where every individual contributes directly to success. This is not a traditional warehouse role—this position requires strong organization, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr
Available Shift Times:
Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM (typically 40 hours/week)
Flexibility required based on business needs and program demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end fulfillment for corporate gifting and event programs
- Create and manage shipping labels using platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and ShipStation
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Review orders for accuracy including addresses, dimensions, and special instructions
- Assemble kits and prepare inventory for events and shipments
- Maintain organization and workflow within the fulfillment center
- Troubleshoot shipping and logistics issues in real time
- Support multiple active programs while managing shifting priorities
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs (required)
- Experience with shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
- Knowledge of international shipping processes, including customs documentation and HTS codes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Reliable, dependable, and consistently punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Background:
- Experience in hospitality, events, logistics, or customer-facing operations
- Background in corporate events, DMC, or high-touch client environments
- Familiarity with ShipStation or similar platforms
