Fulfillment Associate - Various Shifts Available

About the Role: Under the direct supervision of the pick/pack team lead, performs duties and functions to ensure that all orders are picked, packaged, labeled, and shipped out in a timely and accurate manner. This position operates in a non-climate-controlled warehouse setting and may require work in hot/cold conditions. Pay Rate: Earn up to $20/hr. Available Shift Times:

Monday – Friday 11 AM – 7:30 PM 
Monday-Friday 6 AM-230 PM
Monday-Friday 3 PM-1130 PM
Monday-Thursday 11 AM - 730 PM & Saturday 7 AM- 330 PM
Monday-Thursday 11 AM - 730 PM & Sunday 7 AM- 330 PM
Sunday-Thursday 11 AM- 730 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure the area is clean, safe, organized, and functions properly.

· Review all orders and examine product SKUs, weights, and quantities prior to packing for shipment to ensure that the correct items are being shipped to customers.

· Package, seal, and label containers using appropriate materials.

· Follow up with team lead on any order errors.

· Stack packaged boxes in size & weight order on pallets and load them onto trailers for shipment.

· Responsible for picking items using an RF scan gun and delivering them to the pack/label team in an accurate and timely manner.

· All other duties as assigned by the fulfillment captain and/or management team.

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, captains, and managers.

· Carry out job responsibilities in accordance with client’s policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

· Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours) and perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs including but not limited to walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling various items.

· Regularly lift and carry items weighing 0-50lbs and occasionally lift and carry items exceeding 50lbs.

· Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to check in and put away materials.

· Operate with a sense of urgency.

· Attention to detail.

· Previous experience in a warehouse environment performing pick and pack functions preferred.

· Experience using machines such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, or electric pallet jacks a plus.
