Field Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a background in security, customer service, or parking enforcement to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist. This role involves flagging in parkers during events and patrolling multiple parking lots throughout your shift to ensure compliance, security, maintain cleanliness, and support ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean parking garage including emptying trash bins and picking up liter

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates

• Identify and flag vehicles that require towing based on lot policies

• Rehang and install parking signage as needed

• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience

• Drive between multiple parking lot locations throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and good observational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic smartphone/app proficiency

Schedule:

• 6 am - 2 pm, Mon - Fri

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in security, customer service, parking enforcement, or facilities maintenance is preferred

• Familiarity with enforcement procedures and public interaction a plus
