About the Role

As an Electrical Assembler A, you will be responsible for performing advanced electrical wiring and assembly tasks, interpreting complex schematics, installing electrical components, and testing completed assemblies. Your role will ensure all work aligns with engineering specifications and safety standards, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Rate:$18.00/hour

Available Shift Times: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Layout, wire, and assemble electrical systems and control panels accurately
  • Interpret and follow electrical schematics and engineering drawings
  • Install, terminate, and test electrical components including transformers, breakers, relays, and communication boards
  • Measure, bend, and route conduit and wiring according to specifications and NEC standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct quality inspections and testing of assemblies
  • Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Maintain safety and quality standards throughout production
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including Lean manufacturing

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical wiring and assembly, preferably in refrigeration or related industries
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control panel assembly
  • Knowledge of NEC standards and conduit bending
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and ongoing learning
