What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy for fulfillment operations that aligns with organizational objectives, growth plans, and operational priorities.

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing HR team supporting geographically dispersed fulfillment centers.
- Establish scalable HR operating procedures, service-delivery standards, reporting practices, and accountability measures.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Operations leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, retention, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a complex, multi-state operating environment.

- Lead high-volume talent-acquisition strategies for hourly, non-exempt, professional, and leadership positions.
- Design and implement performance-management, succession-planning, leadership-development, and employee-retention programs.
- Establish meaningful HR metrics and reporting related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, time to fill, employee relations, labor costs, and compliance.
- Champion a high-performance culture centered on accountability, operational excellence, employee engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong on-site presence throughout the fulfillment network and travel approximately 50% to support facilities, leaders, and employees.
What You’ll Bring

- HR leadership experience within multi-site fulfillment, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Proven experience supporting large hourly and non-exempt workforces across multiple locations
- Experience in a heavily regulated logistics, transportation, fulfillment, manufacturing, or supply-chain organization.

- Experience transitioning contingent or temporary employees to full-time roles
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, investigations, claims management, and multi-state compliance
- Experience supporting operations in NJ, WI, TX, GA, and CA
