We are looking for a Branch Recruiter to join our internal team in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you’ll partner with clients to meet their hiring needs while delivering exceptional experience for both candidates and employers.


What You’ll Do
  • Partner with clients to understand recruiting needs for entry-level and essential workforce positions
  • Lead recruiting strategy conversations to identify and attract the right talent
  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates via phone, video, or in person
  • Match qualified candidates to client opportunities and manage the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed (I-9, payroll, etc.)
  • Communicate with clients regarding attendance, performance, safety, and employee relations matters
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting and placement goals
  • Provide on-site support at client locations when needed
  • Support direct hire placements when applicable
  • Contribute to branch sales and gross profit goals
  • Assist associates transitioning to permanent positions with clients
  • Complete compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements
  • Work overtime when business needs requires
 
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting preferred)
  • Staffing industry or hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using Bullhorn ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, ATS systems)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to drive to client sites for check in, tours and safety walks off hours as needed
