We’re hiring a Bilingual Inventory Parts Associate
in Midlothian, TX
for a growing furniture retailer! This full-time, temp-to-hire position pays $18.00/hour
with conversion opportunities after successful completion of required hours. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of inventory management experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier support.
These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 520 hours of work!
Available Shift Times:
- Monday - Friday @ 8am - 5pm

About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing furniture retailer with 16 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, is committed to delivering high-quality living room, bedroom, dining, mattress, and accent furniture. As a Parts Associate you will manage the parts inventory, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure timely delivery of parts to support the stores, service technicians and customers.
Primary Responsibilities: (MUST BE BINLINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH)
Inventory Management
- Maintain parts department organization and cleanliness
- Help run and update part inventory spreadsheets
- Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed
- Provide parts to delivery lanes, repair shop, stores, customer service, and service technicians as needed
- Ship parts to stores and customers
- Prepare and package parts for shipment
- Work collaboratively with team members across all departments
- Answer and respond to emails from customer service and store locations
- Communicate with service technicians via Slack and phone calls
- Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and internal teams
- Order and request parts from vendors
- Track and follow up on parts orders
- Route services in the Service Hub on PAI system
- Complete services and update records in the Storis system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and computer systems
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with inventory management preferred but not required
