We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to work with our client in Belcamp, MD! Earn up to $18/hr. Our client is the first company in the nation to export to U.S. chain restaurant licensees in over 40 countries. Thousands of food products from over 350 U.S. food companies are distributed to more than 100 international customers. Their signature product line is U.S. halal-certified foods.

Shift Schedule:
- 2 nd shift Monday- Friday –3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Floor Operations: Perform hands-on shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting alongside the team to meet daily volume targets.
- Staff Supervision: Train new hires, assign daily tasks, conduct shift huddles, and provide performance feedback to management.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, investigate inventory discrepancies, and reconcile counts using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety guidelines, conduct regular equipment (forklift) inspections, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience, including powered industrial truck (forklift) certification and leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with RF scanners, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Cold storage facility (approximately 30°F)
- Proper gear and safety protocols will be in place
- Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Ability to meet productivity expectations with minimal supervision
- Comfort and adaptability in a cold work environment
- Strong contribution to team performance and operational flow
