Pay Rate:
- $23 - $25/hr
- Non-climate controlled warehouse
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily floor leadership, coaching, and accountability for warehouse associates
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse workflow to support outbound volume and on-time shipping
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy (counts, location control, process adherence)
- Use an ERP/WMS and internal systems for transactions, tracking, and basic reporting
- Perform basic administrative tasks (Excel/computer work, documentation, communication)
- Promote safe work practices and maintain warehouse organization/5S standards
- Help improve reliability and consistency in staffing and operational execution
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred (lead/supervisor/shift lead)
- Experience with an ERP system (WMS/Inventory/Distribution systems acceptable)
- Working knowledge of inventory management processes
- Basic Excel/computer literacy and comfort learning internal systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 37 lbs (mostly lightweight medical equipment)
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
