About the Role:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily fulfillment operations at our New Castle warehouse, manage a team of associates, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high productivity, order accuracy, and operational excellence.
Pay Rate:
$23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Lead and develop warehouse associates, providing coaching and training
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory and productivity tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce safety procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
- Monitor KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resources
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, and team performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain SOPs
- Ensure equipment and facility maintenance, reporting issues as needed
Key Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or related field preferred
- 2-5 years warehouse or fulfillment experience, including supervisory roles
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Drive and warehouse management systems
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards (OSHA, forklift operation)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
- Flexibility to work various shifts and cover operational needs
