About the Role:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily fulfillment operations at our New Castle warehouse, manage a team of associates, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high productivity, order accuracy, and operational excellence.

Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Lead and develop warehouse associates, providing coaching and training
• Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory and productivity tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce safety procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resources
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and team performance management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain SOPs
• Ensure equipment and facility maintenance, reporting issues as needed

Key Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or related field preferred
• 2-5 years warehouse or fulfillment experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Drive and warehouse management systems
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards (OSHA, forklift operation)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
• Flexibility to work various shifts and cover operational needs
