Warehouse Hourly Lead Inbound and Outbound Dept

Thanks for your interest in the Shift Lead position! This is a long-term temporary assignment  starrting at $24/hr with potential for conversion in the future, though conversions are not happening at this moment.

• Monday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm (Appt Only)
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 12:00pm – 4pm (Appt Only)
• Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm (Appt Only)
• Saturday: Closed

Before we go further, please be aware of a few requirements:

• Badge Photo and I-9 Completion: You'll need to visit the branch at 100 Decker Court, Suite 160, Irving, Texas 75062 to complete your I-9 and get your badge photo taken before your start date.
• Client Interview: This role requires a client interview as part of the hiring process.
• Building Tours are required for this client prior to assignment 

Candidate Requirements & Expectations

• Do you have 3+ years of warehouse experience ?
• Do you have both inbound and outbound distribution experience ?
• Are you able to maintain excellent attendance for your first 30 days? Please be aware that Flexport has a blackout period during peak times where call-outs are not permitted, as your training will be three weeks long.

Physical Demands & Environment

• Are you able to walk and stand for your entire shift ?
• Can you lift, push, or pull 30 lbs repetitively ?
• Can you lift up to 49 lbs unassisted for potentially extended periods?
• Have you ever worked in a relatively fast-paced environment ?
• If you are working in the Inbound area, please be aware that it is not climate-controlled , though other parts of the warehouse are.

• We are hiring for our Inbound and Outbound Departments Shifts are Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, Fri-Mon and Our Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri Shifts
