About the Role
As a Warehouse - Crating Administrator, you will provide vital administrative assistance to ensure smooth warehouse and crating processes, including documentation management, inventory tracking, and communication with team members. You will support the physical aspects of warehouse activities such as packaging and labeling, while maintaining organized records and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, crating, and warehouse documentation
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems
- Assist with work orders, packing lists, labels, and shipping documents
- Track inventory and maintain precise records
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Verify paperwork accuracy and follow up on missing information
- Support scheduling and general office tasks
- Aid the crating team with documentation, measurements, and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, security, and quality procedures
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in administrative, warehouse, or logistics roles is advantageous
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and labels
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and safely move materials
