About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help receive, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and on time, while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and getting it right the first time.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Available Shift Times
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime/weekend work may be required as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming shipments; report damage/shortages
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately (pick lists and/or scanner)
- Put away inventory and keep stock organized
- Prep outbound shipments (palletizing, shrink-wrapping, loading)
- Assist with cycle counts/inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Use pallet jacks and (once trained/certified) forklifts or powered equipment
- Support other warehouse/production tasks as priorities shift
Key Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning basic warehouse systems/scanners (or willing to learn)
- Ability to stand/walk and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety
