Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation, packing, and shipment of customer orders. Your work helps us deliver exceptional experiences to thousands of clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Great attention to detail
- Quality Assurance
- Must be able to be organized and treat garments and items to be packed with care and diligence.
- Must be able to understand and follow the corresponding order of items to be packed.
- Ability to use tablet/iPad to process orders
- Must be able to repeatedly do the same task over and over for 8 hours, with little to no variances.
- Troubleshoot problems
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures
- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
- Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Must have experience using RF scanner
- Strong organizational and time management skills including exceptional attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk briskly for 8-10 Hrs. a day
- Must be able to extend arms over head repeatedly for 8-10- Hrs. a day
- Carry garments between areas, 2-5 lbs
- Experience with operating a dolly and/or pallet jack
- Must be able to push/ pull up to 15-20 lbs. repeatedly over an 8–10-hour shift.
