About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support daily warehouse operations with a focus on safe, accurate handling of inventory and shipments. You’ll learn warehouse location systems, assist with receiving and shipping activities, and help keep product moving efficiently while maintaining quality and documentation standards.

Pay Rate:

  • $18.00/hr

  • Shift variety available (including First Shift)
     

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Handle inventory accurately and support inventory control
  • Learn warehouse location systems and shelving organization
  • Perform inventory lookups and data entry using internal systems
  • Verify part identification and supporting documentation
  • Package products safely and accurately for shipment
  • Ensure shipments meet customer quality and documentation requirements
  • Record and update inventory locations within warehouse systems
  • Assist with receiving, storing, shipping, and material movement activities
  • Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits
  • Help prioritize orders and support daily shipment schedules
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after training/certification
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse leads and team members
  • Cross-train in multiple departments to expand warehouse knowledge

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn new processes and expand responsibilities
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; frequent bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
