Shift Schedule:
- Monday- Friday –7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments manually
- Pack, sort, and organize products for distribution
- Assist with receiving and staging incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work in cold and freezer environments for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Cold storage facility (approximately 30°F)
- Proper gear and safety protocols will be in place
- Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Ability to meet productivity expectations with minimal supervision
- Comfort and adaptability in a cold work environment
- Strong contribution to team performance and operational flow
