About the Role As an Order Selector, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and efficiently selecting products for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company and develop valuable skills in logistics and distribution. Your daily tasks include accurately picking products based on customer orders, ensuring all items are in good condition, operating warehouse equipment safely, maintaining a clean work environment, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour
Available Shift Times
- 2nd Shift (evenings) 5:00pm to 2:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders
- Ensure all items are in good condition and match order specifications
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
Key Requirements
- Prior warehouse operation experience preferred, but comprehensive training is provided
- At least 1 year experience on a stock picker is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good attendance
