Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a Specialist Fulfillment I (Picker/Packer & Assembly). In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are met. Shifts Available
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri (Overtime as needed)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12 AM, Mon–Fri (Overtime as needed, +$0.50/hr differential)
Weekend Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Sat & Sun; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon & Tue
Pay & Benefits
$16.00 – $17.00/hr (+$0.50/hr 2nd shift differential)

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack products using pick lists or scanners
Assemble and package materials to specification (focus in paper marketing division)
Load/unload materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks
Maintain accurate inventory levels and documentation
Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, and storage
Inspect products for quality and safety standards
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Warehouse or material handling experience a plus (not required)
Ability to lift/move 15–20 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
Standing for extended periods
Moderate lifting and physical activity
Varying temperature environments
