About the Role
You will assist branch personnel with federal and state income tax returns, review tax-related documents, and support audits and bank product processing. This position emphasizes customer service, organization, and attention to detail, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish considered a plus.
Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour
Available Shift Times
- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 9am-9pm Mon-Fri. (40 hours/week) Potential shifts on Saturdays as requested.
Key Responsibilities
- Support branch staff with tax return processing and compliance
- Review scanned forms and validate documents
- Assist with audits and bank product disbursements
- Maintain detailed logs of communications and support activities
- Support special projects as assigned
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours and extended shifts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and data entry
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability to operate office machinery (fax, copier, calculator)
