Job Summary

The Reserve Storage ICQA Auditor is responsible for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy within reserve storage locations in the fulfillment center. This role focuses on auditing inventory, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring inventory processes comply with operational standards. The auditor works closely with operations teams to identify root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions to improve overall warehouse accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform cycle counts and audits of reserve storage inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and location errors.
• Validate product quantities, item identification, and storage locations within the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor reserve storage processes to ensure proper inventory handling, slotting, and labeling procedures.
• Partner with operations, inbound, and outbound teams to correct inventory issues and prevent recurring errors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of audit results, adjustments, and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Assist with special inventory projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners or mobile devices.
