 Location & Schedule
  • Onsite role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • You need to be local to our Bala Cynwyd, PA office and available to work in-office daily

What You’ll Do
  • Interview candidates via in-person, phone, and video for a variety high-volume entry-level roles in the PA area
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hire teams by proactive professional communication regarding their hiring needs
  • Screen candidates, document responses & qualifications and prepare them for success at their new assignment with our clients
  • Manage candidate pipelines and drive engagement as needed to fill client roles
  • Track recruiting metrics such as prescreens, interviews, offers, starts, no show rate and suggest ways to improve results
  • Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely feedback and follow-up throughout the hiring process is documented in Bullhorn
  • Maintain compliance and reporting standards such as background check, drug test, I9 and other employment requirements per client

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable multi-tasking for a variety of client requirements
  • Proactive, motivated, and solutions-oriented
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in recruiting coordination or HR
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Bullhorn a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
