These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 90 days of work!

About the Role:
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for inspecting welds, dimensional inspection and documenting results. You will need to be dependable, detailed-oriented, autonomous and dedicated with a strong background in metal fabrication. This is a hands-on role in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment—hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
This position offers the opportunity to grow into permanent roles with additional training and pay incentives for strong performers.
Pay Rate:$19-$20, DOE
Available Shift Times:
(To be specified by client/location scheduling)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with dimensional inspection and documenting results
- Experience with inspecting welds for cold welds, porosity, and fusion of weld
- Ensure tolerances are held by performing visual and dimensional inspection of finished product
- Ensure conformity and compliance with blueprints
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and checklists for all inspections or tests
- Perform receiving inspections on incoming product
Key Requirements:
- Customer focused attitude
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Experience with using Quality Inspections Tools (Calipers, Mics, Gages, etc...)
- Print Reading
- Good people and communication skills
- Familiar with different types of metal and non-destructive examination
