Position Title: Quality Claims Analyst

Pay: $24.00/hr

About the Role

Our client is seeking an Experienced Quality Claims Analyst who is a
dependable, Detail- Oriented, Autonomous, and dedicated individual with a strong background in Customer Claims Analysis and Processing to join our team. The successful candidate will be a great team player and possess a “can do” mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day interaction with all departments, including all levels of management.
• Investigate and evaluate Customer claims
• Review claims to determine validity.
• Data Analysis
• Root Cause analysis
• Department and Personnel at fault for claim
• Correspond with department Managers for Corrective Actions
• Documentation and Reporting
• Inspection and processing of Return Material for claims
• Analyzing Data to spot trends

Requirements:

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Facility
• Experience with the handling of Customer Complaints
• Experience with handling claims
• Customer service oriented
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical Proficiency (ERP, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Time Management
• Problem Solving Skills
• Process Improvement

Education Requirements: High-School or equivalent/Technical School
