Entry-Level Quality / Lab Technician – Food Manufacturing
Integrity Staffing is seeking an entry-level Quality/Lab Technician for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role supports both laboratory and production operations to ensure product quality and compliance.
Responsibilities include performing quality tests such as titratable salinity, titratable acidity, pH, viscosity, and sensory evaluations. The selected candidate will be trained in rapid microbiological testing and will work closely with plant management and production employees to verify product specifications prior to packaging and shipment.
This position requires regular time spent on the production floor in addition to lab work and involves collaboration with upper management, Research & Development, and other departments. Occasional interaction with customers and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or similar)***

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Willingness to work both in a laboratory setting and on the production floor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: This is not a lab-only position. Candidates must be comfortable working in both laboratory and manufacturing environments.
