Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$18–$21/hour (based on experience)
Lantex is seeking 2–3 Production Associates to join their team in an attempt-to-hire capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a small team environment. While prior experience is helpful, attitude, coachability, and attention to detail are the most critical factors for success.
Assembly & Production
- Assemble custom blind products with multiple components
- Follow detailed instructions and standardized processes
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping using systems such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
- Support general warehouse organization and inventory handling
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure(critical skill)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Basic computer skills(for CNC machine input and shipping systems)
- Willingness to learn multiple tasks and adapt across roles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices
- 1+ year of warehouse or production experience (flexible)
- Assembly experience (any industry)
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Experience operating warehouse equipment:
- Pallet jack
- Forklift
- Cherry picker
- Reach truck
- Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained on-site)
- Exposure to CNC machines
- Carpentry or hands-on building experience
- Small, team-oriented environment where collaboration is essential
