Production Associate – Greenleaf Foods
💲 Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour
🕓 Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
📅 Day 1 Training:
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (followed by hands-on training on the production floor)
About the Role:
Greenleaf Foods is seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will support daily food production operations in a cold, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with food production line activities, including packaging, labeling, and quality checks.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with GMP and company safety policies.

Follow all hygiene, PPE, and food safety requirements as outlined by FSQA procedures.

Report any equipment issues, product contamination, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.

Handle materials safely and maintain accurate labeling and documentation when required.

Participate actively in all required safety and compliance training.
Requirements:

Must be able to work in a cold environment(temperatures may vary).

Steel-toe safety shoes required.

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Must follow all company GMP, hygiene, and PPE policies at all times.

No jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails permitted in production areas.
