About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable Production Associates to support a refrigerated food manufacturing facility in Reno. In this role, you'll assist in assembling food products, stocking materials, and maintaining a clean workspace. This is a fast-paced position in a cold environment, ideal for candidates looking for steady work and potential long-term growth.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Available Shift Times
- Monday through Friday
- Morning Shift: 5:15 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble food products on a production line
- Stock materials needed for production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Report defective materials, safety issues, or quality concerns
- Follow GMP, food safety, and site safety procedures
- Measure and prepare ingredients using scales or measuring tools when needed
Key Requirements
- Ability to work in a cold, refrigerated environment around 38-40°F
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving production setting
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Strong reliability and attention to workplace safety
- Must follow site rules, including no jewelry or visible piercings
